Siebel IP17 Siebel Test Execution STE Plugin?

Iinstalled IP17 vanilla and want to be able to try Executing Automated Siebel Test from Jenkins. In step: To install custom plugin, it says navigate to plugin location. Where is the plugin located and what's the plugin name? Is that under my DISA installation or a separately downloaded? Thanks!
