Issue with OM data in tables

I was asked to fetch the OM data for an year, in this data i need to provide all OM details along with lines details. Now I have faced issue regarding the Shipped Quantity, Fuifilled Quantity, Cancelled quantity which was provided. In many OM lines, Shipped Quantity and fuifilled quantity are not equal or Fuifilled quantity lines is greater than shipped quantity.

ALso in some cases cancelled quantity is more than fuifilled quantity on line level. Though i know cancelled can be greater than fuifilled in a few cases. but line is appearing like Pricing quanitty =0, shipped=0, fuifilled =0 but cancelled = 9999076. Data for one of order line attached.
