Mass Appraisal Creation

Hello,

We have published the plan including objective setting and allowed changes outside the period. Now approx 70+ employees have not yet started the objective setting process and 80+ are in approval requested and HR wants to run mass appraisal creation program to enable remaining 400 employees who have already submitted their objectives and now in Published state to start their self-appraisal process.

We would like to know, what will happen to those employees who are in Approval requested phase if we run mass appraisal creation program.
