Maximum Num of Calc Entries Exceeded (pspbirun)

When running Benefits-Billing the COBOL Program PSPBIRUN is failing with the message, "Maximum Num of Calc Entries Exceeded". We had a similar error several years ago and the cause was one EMPLID having 5 Plan-Types.  I am not seeing this condition today and am looking for suggestions.
