Credit Application Status and Credit Check Processor

Hi All,

Is there a way to close the case folders created by Credit Management for orders automatically released by Credit Check Processor?

Sample:

Create an Order and customer has one past due transaction, an hold will be created and case Folder will be created also in Credit Management.

Customer pays the past due transaction, we ran Credit Check Processor, order hold is released, but Case Folder do no change the status to closed.
