Asset split to decimal units

Hi Experts,

I am currently migrating FA Ledger from Legacy to R12, where couple of assets are split using decimal units, all of which sum up to 1, and bear the same asset number. The reason for split is to record depreciation in different cost centers, per units decimal split. Splitting only in distribution is not what users want to see, they would like to have assets split in Balance Sheet as well (cost center segment is enabled in Balance Sheet entries). All of these assets are partially depreciated in Legacy, and still have NBV to be depreciated on R1,

Could you please help in finding the right way to process it ?
