Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Does RPAS read the records in the data file in the order it is given or in the order of innermost hierarchy to outermost hierarchy?

The config guide mentions the order of innermost to outermost as the sequence for the processing of rules. Is it the same for loadmeasure as well?
