Business Rule to calculate period from start_date and store amount will not validate

Currently budgeting revenue weekly and am trying to get a Business Rule to execute (will not validate).  I am not sure I am using the best functions and the business rule.   If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

Currently using Calculation Manager in EPBCS environment

What I am trying to do is populate the periods in which to store the rate (Adj_run_rate) from what was entered/calculated on the Revenue Assumptions Form

I calculate shoot_weeks in another Business Rule from the start_date and end_date

Then I calculate my adj_rev_rate

I want to populate adj_rev_rate to the applicable periods
