centralized procurement process

Hi gurus,

I want to centralized procurement process with encumbrance also, but we have many ledgers.

the case is:

1. create requisition is requester (from many ledger)

2. create purchase order is centralized to procurement

3. receipt in requester (from many ledger)

from what I read, centralized procurement process is able within 1 ledger, but happens in different OU.

is there any reference doc or does anyone has ever done it?

btw, I am using oracle EBS, r.12.2.5
