Invoice does not appear in AR
Hello All,
Good Morning.
Order was invoiced and sales updated But invoice does not appear in AR.
We found that the G/L date is missing for order line, believing this is causing the issue.
We are not sure why G/L date was missed while sales update.
can anyone suggest what could be the possible reasons for missing G/L date at sales update and how can we now correct it and make invoice appear in AR.
