Siebel user id getting locked periodically

Hi all,

We have recently changed the siebel user id password in our testing environment recently. Siebel user id is used various external team & application to access siebel data. Due to incorrect password used by application or user siebel user id getting locked periodically.

Can you please tell me how to identify who has locked the siebel user id under which log the details will be available. Whether it is possible to trace the ip address of the source.
