Ship confirm rule mobile shipping

Want to start shipping via a mobile device (already use for picking) but was wondering if there is a option available during mobile shipping to select a ship confirm rule?  We have a certain type of shipment where we need to leave the delivery as in-transit, but not all shipments.  Through the EBS applications we can control this from the form.  However, I do not see an option for this selection in the mobile process.  Am I missing something or does the mobile just assume the default ship confirm rule based on the shipping parameters of the org?
