Mexico Electronic Requirements for Journal Entries in XML format

I am looking for some help with the JDE EnterpriseOne Mexico Electronic Requirement for Journal Entries in the XML format.  I can't seem to find anything on the knowledge garden.   We already have the Trial Balance and Chart of Accounts in the electronic format.
