Documents of Record displays no attachments or extra information
We would like to begin to use the functionality that is associated with the documents of record but appear to be missing something may be in setup.
In both the create an view of DOR there is no information for attachments or extra information. See attached Word doc. This is in both Employee Self Service and using US Super HRMS Manager - Person - Other - Documents of Record. Any ideas will be helpful.
We applied patch 24815482 with no success. We do not have HR Self Service.
Not sure of this is better served in an SR but thought I would start here first.
