reconfigGlobalDomainPartitions - fails to insert a new position

Hello all,

I've a AIP RPAS domain partioned at SCLS level.

reconfigGlobalDomainPartitions tries to insert a position, but fails because the same already exist.

But the position seems not to be there, by the following evidences

1)exporting the PROD hierarchy out, or listining the SCLS in the domain doesn't return this position.

2)domaininfo -d $RPASCL_MASTER_DOMAIN -listsubdomain -- doesnt return such position

3)The file globaldomainconfig.xml doesn't have it listed.

However if we search it with directly, the same is there
