oakcli create dbstorage vs volcreate -G DATA

Greetings!

Is oakcli create dbstorage just a utility to do volcreate -G DATA using asmcmd? Does create dbstorage do anything different than volcreate?   Using asmcmd I have more control on the size of the data, redo, and log file systems.

I am building the ACFS file systems for a database that I will be doing a RMAN restore for. I am not using create db, but I am registering the db using srvctl post restore.
