Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Customer_site ->Tax Profile->Tax Classification

Question1: from where in Tax Manager responsibility the Lookup for the Tax Classification is populated ?

Question2: how is this field (Tax Classification) value used in R12? Is it required or optional?

Note: we just upgrading from 11i Tax - not fully setting up the EB Tax module - just an extra distr line on the invoice in Receivables
