From which version has needed to setup manufacturing constants(P3009) at Warehouse?

Hello!

One of my customers has used JDE E1 version 8.2 from 2005.09.01.

Now I have taken part in the customer’s upgrade project of JDE E1 version 9.2.

The question is:

In version 8.2, the customer could add cost types at Enter/change Cost Components(P30026) in Warehouse without Manufacturing Constants.

But, in version 9.2, it needs Manufacturing Constants to add cost types at Enter/change Cost Components(P30026) in Warehouse.

My customer wants to know from which version the Manufacturing Constants is needed.
