Search and Update Repair Orders - Send Search Parameters when invoked via Forms Personalizations

Hi Team,

This is regarding the Search and Update Repair Orders functionality within Depot Repair module.

I have a requirement where the user would like to be able to zoom to this page from the Service Orders application and search for a specific Service Request.

The idea is to launch this from a forms personalization that automatically searches for the SR.

I would like to know how to:

1. Through personalization or configuration, enable users to make the SR search criteria always available.

 

2. Through personalization send the SR number as a parameter and have it search automatically for the correct SR when jumping to the page from the Service Orders form.
