Credit Checking Process - Do we have any report or from, which we can use to know the Available Cred

We have Set Credit Limit of a customer. Some times, we see orders are not going on Credit Hold. When we recognize, we are not exactly sure why the some orders did not go on hold.

We would like to see if there is any way (Technical/Functional), we can diagnose and find the issue.
