Autopay Menthods

I have a question on the calculation of Autopay methods for Pay Types. I am using an example with two Pay Types - Basic and On Leave both having Auto Pay Method = 'Y'.. The Prepayroll process with Auto Pay = 'Y' calculates the Basic Pay Type with Standard Hours (160 hours per month) and Rate per Hour. The On Leave Pay Type hours are inputed for Payroll processing through Leave Timecards (48 hours in the month). The Pay stub calculates both the Basic Pay Type (160*Rate per hour) and On Leave (48 hours * Rate per hour) separately. Both the Pay Types - Basic and On Leave are set to Auto Pay = 'Y'. In this case the On Leave Hours are payable but not separately should be part of 160 hours
