Pa_Transaction_Interface shows lines with Transfer_Status_code ='X'

Hello,

We have noticed a lot of Inventory to Project lines in Pa_transaction_interface_all table with Transfer_Status_code ='X'  Would like to find what causing these lines to set to Status "X".
