Integration Fix concurrent issue

Hi all,

I tried to setup Integration Fix - Non Serial or Serial at Sales Order Issue concurrent on a test env.
I followed (Doc ID 1538138.1) Using FNDLOAD section

after first run I got error in log
see details:
**Starts**31-AUG-2017 13:00:56
**SQL error and free**31-AUG-2017 13:00:56
ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'CSI_NS_FIX_PKG.NON_SERIAL_FIX' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

I'm on EBS 12.2.4 and it looks the CSI_NS_FIX_PKG has not been created

anyone faced similar issue?
