Preferred rates in Remote RIQ Query

Hello All,

Is there any particular properties/settings that needs to be enabled to get preferred rates as the 1st option when you do a Remote RIQ query.

I have tried with <RIQRequestType> set to both Lowest Cost(default) and AllOptions. In Lowest Cost it ignores the preferred rates and gets the cheapest rates which makes sense. And with AllOptions it does return my preferred rate but not as a first option and also it doesn't say the rate is a preferred rate. I remember something like <IsPreferred> set to 'Y' if it is preferred rate in the RIQResult in the past, is that right?
