environment ..... oracle 12.2    Oracle Linux 7.3 single instance oracle restart

Creating a multinant 1 pdb environment. At the end of the db creation PRCR-1079 CRS-5017 ORA-01017 – DBCA Fails to create a Database in Oracle Restart Environment 12c.

Invalid user/password

Thought it might be grid not in the right groups.

Nothing worked..... still getting invalid user/password   .....
