Packing Slip (INS6500) automatically created when Picking Confirm/Ship ID is created?

Hello,

My client asked me if a packing slip (INS6500) report can be kicked off automatically when a Ship ID is created by Picking confirmation process (IN_FUL_CONF)?

If there is an option, does it apply to Express Issue as well?

Any information is appreciated.
