E1: Dynamic Linking in Composed Pages

Goal: To use dynamic links of parameters between E1 applications within a Composed Page.

Within application P4210 we have edited the form layout to include P03013 and link them dynamically by two Parameters and to Always see the content frame. Our goal is to have this application P4210 with it's dynamic link to appear in a Composed Page that we create. When we choose the program P4210 (with the matching Application, Version, and Form identifiers as our Form Layout Information), the linked P03013 does not appear.

Is there a way to properly use our created Café1 page that I just described within an E1 Composed Page to include the dynamic links? Or is there a way to make dynamic links between applications that you introduce when creating the Composed Pages?
