Intermittent IE11 crashes when shopping from catalog
My organization moved its desktop/laptop computers to Windows 7 Enterprise, 64-bit, over the course of calendar year 2016. That included deploying Internet Explorer 11 to all computers, and our Oracle users connect to EBS (12.1.3) through Internet Explorer. Around the same time our users started switching to IE11, iProcurement requisition preparers starting having intermittent problems with IE11 crashing when they attempted to shop for certain items on open Blanket Purchase Agreements.
