How to setup Hierarchial PCards for USBank. And payment at Super Card Level

Customer wants to implement PCards in PS 9.2 and below is the business scenario.

PCards service is provided by US Bank. And customer has 16 Managing Account (Super Cards), and each Super Card has 100 individual Credit cards to be used by individual Department or Store Ops for procurement.

1) Can you please inform 'US Bank' file version that's been supported by PS 9.2.

2) Is there a way to setup in PS 9.2 relationship between Managing Account(Super Cards) with individual Credit Cards.

3) How does Payment processing work if Payment needs to be made through EFT. Once PCard bank statement loaded, reconciled and processed for Voucher creation. From where will the Pay To bank account details get picked up for EFT payment.
