R12.2.0: Sale order line price list is wrong

Dear Team,

I have problem with Sale order price need your help.

Our scenarios as below:

1, Price list setup

Price list 1, Item A, Price 100$

Price list 2, Item B, Price 20 $

2, Sale Order

- Sale order header price list: Price list 1

- When we select item B in the SO, System applied price list 2 to Sale order line automatically.

We expect that, the system should be announce that no price for item B in price list 1 in this case.

Any one can help me  to identify need configure some thing for this case?
