Is there a way to perform a material issue not decreasing the inventory?

Hi,

We're looking for something similar to the ship confirm in P4205 when not relieving inventory.

The objective is to represent somehow that a component has been issued but still give visibility from Item availability that it is on hand.

One option we are considering is doing an inventory transfer to the "manufacturing" location and update the location in F3111, however this is a slow process to do in JDE.
