How to Disable Alerts for Snapshot Too Old

edited Oct 25, 2017 11:54PM in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered ✓

I am using EM 13.2 and I occasionally get alerts like the following:

Target type=Database Instance

Target name=orcl

Categories=Error

Message=Snapshot Too Old Error detected: SQL ID 8z30vwrqdx3nb, Snapshot SCN 0x003c.e24b14be, Recent SCN 0x003c.e293dd31, Undo Tablespace UNDOTBS4, Current Undo Retention 8,745.

Severity=Warning

Event reported time=Aug 25, 2017 11:37:51 AM CDT

Operating System=Linux

Platform=x86_64

Event Type=Metric Alert

Event name=Snap_Shot_Too_Old:Tablespace

Metric Group=Snapshot Too Old

Metric=Snapshot Too Old due to Tablespace Limit

Metric value=0

Key Value=UNDOTBS4

Key Column 1=Object Causing

For my development environment, I could care less if some devs are writing code that causes this issue. However, I cannot see how to stop this alert from being generated and sent to me. I've been through my Metric Collection templates and I cannot find this specific metric nor metric group. Can someone point me in the right direction?
