Exporting and Importing Territories across Oracle Instances

I am looking for a way to export Service territory definitions from one Oracle instance (using WebADI) and importing it into another instance. When I perform an export from one instance it seems to incorporate the instance details into the WebAdi spreadsheet, so I am only able to import it into the same instance. I need to import this into another instance. Is there a way to do this with WebADI? Is there any other method (without having to create a custom program with APIs) to do this?

I appreciate any one who can provide some input on this.
