When trying to Open contract from Launch Contract form, contract Opens with pop up message OKS_MASS_UPD_LOCK_USER(CONTRACT_NUMBER=FR001406024).

We have not even clicked the Mass Update button still getting the message and unable to proceed further. The issue is happening only for few contracts

any help is highly appreciated.
