Query about profile option "Concurrent: Auto-refresh View Request Timer (secs)"

Hi Experts,

Can you please advice on this ?

In the following Note 2174164.1 we noticed the new profile onption on 12.2.6 "Concurrent: Auto-refresh View Request Timer (secs)".

We had given for profile option at site level for 2,3,5, and 10 secs and it is working as expected for the mentioned seconds given, however we need to know any Background information for this process. Like it generates any log files in the background OR on the server OR it is creating any records in the tables if it is creating then which table it is creating & how many records it is creating all this information required.
