Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Forecast Consumption not considered

I have the below details in P4021 where we have a forecast for 4/9/17.

When we run R3483, it seems not to be considering this forecast.

The above is proposed for quantity 2 instead of the 100 required.

What can be wrong in the forecast consumption set up?
