Unifier Timeouts and Redirects - Cloud Hosted

We have been experiencing timeout issues and I was wondering if there are any other Oracle Hosted Unifier customers who are or have experienced timeouts and/or redirects issues. 

The default timeout period we understand to be 2 hours of inactivity but most of our timeout reports have been reported significantly before any 2 hour period of inactivity. 

Most reports have been using Chrome although it has been reported on Firefox and IE as well.  We have been advising users to empty their cache to see if that helps but it is inconsistent in fixing the issue.

Symptoms: 

1.  Working in Unifier and suddenly the web client will become non-responsive.  The user would then need to close the tab and re-logon and sometime shut down the entire browser session.  Clicking F5 (refresh) will sometimes relaunch Unifier.
