Unable to Generate Draft Revenue

Hi all

We have a project that will not generate Revenue.  It is an Event\Event Project and the Event has been created but shows a Revenue Rejection Reason of No Active customer.  We have checked the customer and Site and all seems to be correct and all Active.  We have updated the Customer and re linked to the Project but to no avail.  The Request does not show any output whatsoever.

Any idea as to how we can get this Revenue to generate or how we can find out what is wrong with the Customer ?
