Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to setup the AutoVue viewing configuration to open a file which embedded in a document?

hi

I can view attachments through AutoVue.

But i can't view files which embedded in the attachment. (As shown in the screenshot).

Does any configuration must be seting ?

Application : Agile 9.3.3 , AutoVue 20.2.2 on window Server.
