Adding of Emergency contact in Self Service

Hello,

I would like to add emergency contact thru SSH in r12.2. There is an option available as an emergency but not visible during self-service. Can the addition of "Othe Emergency Contact" would help during self-service navigation? My goal is to add emergency contact others LOV to be shown during SSH navigation.
