Length of Years of Service

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I have been seeing in employee self-service the  Length of Years of Service value is computing on based rehire date. It should be Adjusted Service Date. Do we need to change  Fast Formula?

Any advice is helpful.
