How to apply VAT component on Customer Advances in AR - JD Edwards Enterprise one 9.1

Hi,

would like to know what needs to be done to apply VAT on customer advances in JD Edwards Enterprise one 9.1 version. This is for UAE VAT law compliance. Is it happens in UK? if yes, please anybody can let me know how to do it?
