Customer number field when run R3465

Hi,

We are using JDE 9.1

Forecasting functionalities are used.

R3465 – Refresh Actuals UBE is used to extract Sales
history with forecast type AA (Actual Sales)

After running R3465 when we use P3460 to check output of
Refresh Actuals with forecast type AA. We are getting correct Quantity and
dates. However Customer number field is not updated.

We have below questions:

1. Should customer number field get updated when R3465
   – Refresh Actuals UBE is used to extract Sales history with forecast type AA
   (Actual Sales?)
2. If yes; what setup is required?
