FNDMDGEN - FND Generate Messages Program does not refresh the message in OAF Page

Hi Gurus,

My Customer is on R12.1.3. They customized an OAF page and displayed the TIP messages through FND Messages via form personalization. When we run the Generate Messages program to refresh the .mdb file, the OAF screen does not show the changed message in OAF page. When we bounce the application server though, the messages do get reflected. Can you please suggest what could be the reason here?
