Low SQL AREA Hit Ratio

Hello,

             I have a non-cdb database (Oarcle 12.1). I noticed that the SQL Area Hit Ratio is around 42% and there are complaints of slowness in some systems. I'm using Automatic Memory Management. What can I do to improve? I can increase the memory_target parameter because there is memory on the server. Would that improve?
