Mass Load Service Requests

Hello,

Our Service organization needs to upload 3000+ Service requests and tasks.

There is one task per service request.

The information provided by our customer is in excel format

This type of request is sporadic.

Does Oracle provide or recommend a tool for mass load the SE and task?  Is there a tool like WebID for Territories or Installed base?
