Purchase Order -How do know the current approval person

Hi,

User create a PO and submit for approval. It it  REJECTED by one of approval person.Again user resubmit for approval. Now this PO is approved. 

Inquire->View Action History ->>> Shows as 'Approve'.

But till the in PO screen  status shows 'Rejected'

What  should we do to make as 'Approved'

Our version is  R 12.1.3
