Saudi Arabia payroll mandatory patches

dear Colleagues

I run the hr_analyzer.sql to get the HRTECHNICAL_Analyzerxxx.html and notice that "12.1: Doc ID 1151413.1 Saudi Arabia (SA) : Payroll Mandatory Patches for R12.1" not applied as mentioned into the document

but I confirm that the patch Patch 21980909 already applied into my instance also applied the hrglobal.drv patch

Please advice me
