Problem when trying to establish a backup job in dataguard environement from within Enteprise Manage

Get the following error message:

Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:

Error - Backing up a physical standby database requires a recovery catalog.

This been said, the database is already registered to an Recovery Catalog and if I try to check if the Standby is registered I get the message:

      "You cannot configure the recovery catalog settings for a physical standby database. Instead, you must configure the recovery catalog settings for the primary database."
