One View Financial Statements error while creating a layout from statement definition application

I am getting the following error while creating the layout for the versions.
I have already created row definition , column definition and statement version .
I am trying to create the layout from Statement Definition application P09330 from Row exit "Manage Layouts".
Even though I have provided the data selection , it gives error as Data Selection not found .
Text of the error:

Error 1   Data Selection MONTHLYSALES SAMPLE Not Found  Warning
A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE . . . Data selection MONTHLYSALES SAMPLE could not be found for the row definition name, column definition name, or statement version.

RESOLUTION . . . Inquire on the row definition, column definition, or statement version and verify that data selection has been correctly added.
